AT2-T5 Beach Game
PROG2001 Assessment 2 Grey Box Project - Team Charlie
Directions
On the menu, navigate from the buttons displayed. The menu includes the following:
START: To start the game, click 'START' and you will be directed to the game.
ALL SCENES: To view all the available scenes of games, go to the scenes page and to return to the main menu, click 'EXIT'.
Use the Rotate, Move and Size buttons to change the turtle, and click the reset button to return it to its original form.
UX Principles
Consistency: All fonts, button properties and colour schemes attempt to be consistent with all scenes.
Hierarchy: The hierarchy of the menu has been considered for making certain elements stand out, such as the exit button for the user's convenience if they want to exit the game.
User Control: The user can not cause any faults in the game and can reset or go back to previous scenes without issues.
Feel free to give feedback on improving my grey box from its UI/UX, like buttons, font, and assets! 🐢

Hi Jessica,
you have developed a great initial Grey box.
Your choice of core colors works really well together, and you have selected a font which is easily read creating an accessible application for your users. (it is slightly difficult to read the "team charlie" but I think this is just an upload error your screenshots show it differently). Whilst your choice of click colors assist greatly with identifying the navigation i am concerned that to many colors are used in the buttons detracting from your overall consistency.
In regard to menu panel. it feels a bit funny positioned in the left corner. maybe this menu could have run the whole left side for aesthetics.
All this said you have made an exceptional start great work.
Cool, thanks James! So about the title, I used the same screenshots as shown in the game here, so I don't think it's an upload error. But yeah, I agree with the rest of the points mentioned.
Love the scene, and the objects created in pro builder are very well done. I Like that the buttons are different colours for easier differentiation.
As Mitch has also said an improvement that could be made is the size of buttons to increase the usability, and potentially slightly increase the size of the turtle and tree on the controls page.
Great, Thanks!
I really like the objects that you created using pro builder, especially the coconut trees and turtle character, they look great!.
The colour pallete you have used is really user friendly and provides a nice contrast. Also the choice of colour differentiation for the control buttons works nicely.
The only advice I would offer is to either make the navigation buttons bigger, or increase the spacing so that they are a little more user friendly and easily accessable
Great job!
Thank you!
